About Us
Historic Richmond Association has been a part of Richmond Texas for decades. We bring awareness to Downtown Richmond businesses, culture, and community by producing events that highlight the historic downtown on Morton Street. We give back to the community in many ways with donations and sponsorships as part of our purpose statement.
We are a 100% volunteer 501c3 organization supported by Develop Richmond, The City of Richmond, memberships, sponsorships, and donations.

SecretaryThe purpose of this organization shall be to support Historic Richmond’s businesses and the Richmond community through preservation, community improvement and the promotion of our city through educational, civic and cultural events and programs. This organization is organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.
